About the role

  • Senior Associate at Guardian delivering life insurance competition support through research and training materials. Engaging with agents and brokers on competition support and consulting in the life insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the field force with life insurance competition and conservation support
  • Conduct life insurance industry research
  • Create/update marketing materials
  • Present at trainings and WebEx's
  • Provide individualized case consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the life insurance industry with emphasis on whole life products
  • Minimum 5 years’ industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Life Insurance Illustration software
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent business experience
  • Analytical thinking
  • Customer focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in presentation and public speaking
