Responsibilities
As a reliable partner, you take care of the insurance needs of our clients from the municipal and public sector.
You work with the team to find the right insurance solution for every industry.
You create added value by ensuring our experts keep risks and potential solutions in focus.
You negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and assessors/experts.
Tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities.
With our 20 locations we offer genuine customer proximity — you will get to know our clients personally.

Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a related university degree, or an equivalent qualification.
A passion for client service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ideally, very good Excel skills.
Ideally, knowledge of property (non-life) insurance and public procurement law.
Comfortable with a team-oriented "WE" mentality and our family-style working environment.
