About the role

  • Kundenberater handling insurance needs for municipal and public sector clients at BüchnerBarella. Collaborating with experts to provide tailored insurance solutions and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the insurance needs of our clients in the municipal/public sector
  • Work with the team to identify the right insurance solution for each industry
  • Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and adjusters/experts
  • Responsibilities include tendering (procurement), debt collection, claims handling, contract drafting and data maintenance
  • Get to know our clients thoroughly through close, regular contact
  • Work cross-functionally within the team to contribute to the company’s success

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent
  • Strong passion for customer service and a dedication to client satisfaction
  • Ideally, excellent Excel skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance and public procurement law
  • Comfortable with a strong team spirit and our family-like working environment
