Responsibilities
Drive net new client acquisition (80%) and growth in dormant/existing accounts (20%)
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Insurance vertical
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Insurance domain offerings
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and networking
Establish and nurture relationships with CxO-level executives at target insurance firms
Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging domain expertise to position Brillio’s solutions
Work closely with presales, delivery, and practice teams to craft compelling proposals
Partner with BFSI leadership to create IP, solutions, and thought leadership in Insurance
Requirements
12–15+ years of experience in IT services sales, with a proven track record in hunting new business
Strong understanding of Insurance industry (Life, P&C, Specialty), Insurtech trends, regulatory landscape, and emerging models like embedded insurance and usage-based insurance
Familiarity with platforms like Guidewire and Duck Creek is a plus
Hunting mindset and evidence of client acquisition is a major qualifier
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage complex sales cycles (6–12 months) and multi-stakeholder negotiations
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology. MBA is preferred.
