About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the insurance needs of our customers in the municipal/public sector business segment
  • Identify appropriate insurance solutions for each industry
  • Create added value by assessing risks and proposing solutions
  • Negotiate with service providers, insurers and experts in the interest of the client
  • Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract drafting and data maintenance as part of daily duties
  • Demonstrate close customer service through our 20 locations and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a related university degree or equivalent qualification
  • A passion for customer support, a customer-focused mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ideally, very good Excel skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of property and casualty (non-life) insurance and public procurement law
  • Comfortable with a strong "WE" team spirit and our family-style working environment
