About the role

Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a related university degree or equivalent qualification
- A passion for customer support, a customer-focused mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ideally, very good Excel skills
- Ideally, knowledge of property and casualty (non-life) insurance and public procurement law
- Comfortable with a strong "WE" team spirit and our family-style working environment
