About the role

  • 12-month FTC Senior Account Manager role in Client Services based in London
  • Manage and grow accounts through interpersonal skills, innovative creative ideas and excellent organisation
  • Develop innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
  • Build relationships with senior clients; listen and understand requirements and exceed expectations
  • Develop a clear understanding of clients’ brands, category and customers
  • Lead a team to deliver effective social strategies for clients and projects
  • Lead and own insights and monitoring projects, integrating insights with creative and strategy
  • Work with Creative and Engagement Strategy Directors to innovate and develop strategic offering
  • Monitor and understand clients’ markets and competitive activity
  • Keep clients informed and ensure reports are timely and centrally stored
  • Assist in creating project briefs and present/sell ideas to clients
  • Work with Project Planners to develop project plans and specification documents
  • Produce accurate cost estimates and ensure sign-off by Account Director and client
  • Ensure billing is completed on time and campaigns run to agreed budgets
  • Assist with client reviews with senior clients and oversee final deliverable quality
  • Ensure Account Director/Creative Director signs off briefs and attends important meetings
  • Maintain a central file of essential client information
  • Work with global clients including The North Face, Google, Diageo, Wella, Snap, Meta, Amazon and the United Nations

Requirements

  • Experience account handling, creative development or client facing project management experience
  • Delivering digital & social campaigns
  • Cross market campaign activation
  • Line management experience
  • Able to effectively manage client relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard and on time and to budget
  • The ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly and effectively
  • Able to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity
  • Must have strong listening skills
  • Have an understanding of social media and its impact on brand
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
