About the role

  • Own the full sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, targeting enterprise and mid-sized customers across key verticals in Sweden
  • Champion Two’s brand and presence in the Swedish market, refining our secret sauce for the local flavor
  • Develop and execute outbound activities to bring new merchants into the Two ecosystem, manage and qualify inbound leads
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and clearly communicate the value of our B2B payment solutions
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, risk, finance) to deliver exceptional experiences for prospects and customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market approach
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools, tracking all activity and progress toward targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (preferably in payments, e-commerce, or SaaS)
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Hunter mindset and hunger, willingness to continuously generate new contacts and leads, while progressing the more mature ones
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you know how to tailor your message to different audiences
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed—you’re always looking for ways to improve and grow
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required
