Responsibilities
Own the full sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, targeting enterprise and mid-sized customers across key verticals in Sweden
Champion Two’s brand and presence in the Swedish market, refining our secret sauce for the local flavor
Develop and execute outbound activities to bring new merchants into the Two ecosystem, manage and qualify inbound leads
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and clearly communicate the value of our B2B payment solutions
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, risk, finance) to deliver exceptional experiences for prospects and customers
Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market approach
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools, tracking all activity and progress toward targets
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (preferably in payments, e-commerce, or SaaS)
University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Hunter mindset and hunger, willingness to continuously generate new contacts and leads, while progressing the more mature ones
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you know how to tailor your message to different audiences
A proactive self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed—you’re always looking for ways to improve and grow
Fluency in Swedish and English is required
