Responsibilities
Define and execute the launch & growth strategy for Seller Financial Services in line with the company’s overall strategic priorities.
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of new financing products (e.g., credit solutions, embedded finance models) for sellers.
Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with banks and fintechs to expand the financing ecosystem.
Leveraging insights on seller needs and behaviors to shape end-to-end journeys that maximize adoption and impact.
Shape the product and partnership roadmap by tracking market trends, emerging financial solutions, and regulatory changes.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external partners to drive collaboration and long-term growth.
Partnering with marketing, analytics and technology teams to deliver planned roadmap.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience (Minimum 2 years "Product/3rd party management" experience in banking or fin-tech)
Experienced in banking, financial services, third party management and commercial operations and P&L responsibility
Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Risk knowledge and advance analytics experience is a plus
Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
