About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactive acquisition: Independently identify SMEs with a genuine need for support.
  • In-depth program consulting: Conduct initial conversations and convince business owners of our programs.
  • Handover management: Ensure firm scheduling and handover to analysts.
  • Market development: Work closely with the program team.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of active experience in B2B sales/consulting or account management.
  • Strong closing skills combined with pronounced empathy.
  • Confident and reliable communication with business owners and executive management.
  • Business-fluent German, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Structured, reliable, and goal-oriented.
