About the role

  • Manage large-scale SEM accounts with multi-million-dollar budgets across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid search platforms
  • Oversee financial planning for assigned accounts, ensuring efficient budget allocation, pacing, and delivery against revenue and Return on investment targets
  • Analyze on budget use, cost efficiency, and profitability at the campaign and portfolio level
  • Develop and improve SEM strategies applying first-party data integrations, customer segments, and bidding to lead sustained account growth
  • Implement rigorous performance management frameworks including goal setting, KPI tracking, attribution modeling, and Return on investment measurement
  • Partner with analytics, CRM, and finance teams to build revenue-driven optimization models that link SEM investment directly to outcomes
  • Lead regular business reviews with leadership and partners, presenting strategic insights, financial performance, and performance improvement plans
  • Ensure accurate campaign forecasting and reporting while identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for scaling
  • Manage a team of SEM specialists, instilling accountability for performance and financial stewardship
  • Lead product feed management at scale, ensuring product catalogs are accurate, clean, and optimized for Google Shopping, Microsoft Shopping, and other platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on SEM experience, including management of large enterprise accounts and multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Expertise in financial planning, budget ownership, and Return on investment accountability
  • Experience using first-party data for segmentation, targeting, and optimization
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Adobe, and bid management platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems, CDPs, and financial performance dashboards
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications strongly preferred
  • Experience managing a team of SEM specialists
  • Ability to lead product feed management at scale
  • Hybrid work in West Chester, PA (remote not permitted in NYC)
