About the role

  • Take full ownership of SEO across multiple brands and GEOs
  • Build and execute a long-term SEO strategy tailored for specific iGaming markets
  • Lead SEO efforts across casino, sportsbook, review sites, and authority hubs
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor tactics, and SERP movements unique to markets
  • Develop strategies that scale across multiple domains and GEOs
  • Work together with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to conduct deep technical audits for large, complex websites with thousands of pages
  • Improve site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
  • Implement schema, speed optimisations, internal linking networks, and mirrored domains
  • Maintain stability across fast-changing algorithm environments
  • Oversee regular technical audits to ensure crawlability, indexation, and optimal site health
  • Build content frameworks for GEO-specific clusters
  • Conduct advanced keyword research to identify profitable opportunities
  • Optimise existing content to match evolving search intent
  • Maintain high-quality content at scale
  • Partner with content teams to ensure SEO best practices across all digital assets
  • Working with the Head of Link Building, develop link-building strategies suited to the competitive iGaming landscape
  • Manage outreach, digital PR, and authority-building partnerships
  • Maintain strong backlink profiles across multiple brands
  • Build dashboards and KPIs for rankings, revenue, traffic, and authority
  • Closely monitor search updates impacting casino/sports SERPs
  • Run experiments on pages, layouts, metadata, and content

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
  • 2+ years in a senior / lead role
  • Proven success driving organic growth for high-traffic websites
  • Expert knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and analytics
  • Experience in multilingual or multi-market SEO
  • Thorough understanding of growth-marketing, CRO
  • Experience of driving projects, acting team lead for engineering and product teams
  • Strong leadership & collaborative skills
  • Data-driven solution-finder
  • Able to translate complex technical information to non-tech stakeholders
