About the role
- Support revenue identification and development through research, benchmarking and innovative business delivery models.
- Support of the development and maintenance of the Professional Technician System and Ford Service Info websites.
- Customer Access support and management of Ford Service Information. Key contact between 3rd parties, and internal departments like IT, security, engineering.
- Support rollout of new projects especially relating to legislative compliance. Key contacts between legal advisors, module programming, diagnostic service planning and IT and other departments.
- Support of Audit Control and MCRP Compliance for Service Engineering operations working with Team Leaders to effectively maintain the SEO Control files and Business Continuity Plans, Org Charts, Roles & responsibilities, Skills Matrices / DRIM & ROPA data compliance and to demonstrate compliance for internal or external audits.
- Administration tasks and compliance service.
