About the role

  • Develop and support Google Marketing Platform clients who license Search Ads 360
  • Provide reactive email and phone technical/troubleshooting support for SA360 queries
  • Deliver best-in-class strategic paid search recommendations and digital maturity guidance
  • Raise support tickets with Google and escalate issues on clients' behalf
  • Provide regular proactive platform and industry updates and monthly client meetings (VC and face-to-face)
  • Create and own technical and strategic platform roadmaps for clients
  • Deliver ad-hoc sessions, workshops, audits, and training for clients
  • Deliver internal SA360 training, maintain materials, and support media activation teams
  • Host internal SA360 drop-ins and feature overview sessions and share feature updates
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support sales and growth teams
  • Contribute to building new search ad tech solutions, AI-based initiatives, and content (blogs, case studies, awards)

Requirements

  • 5+ years PPC experience, across a range of verticals
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search execution and hands-on optimisation through Search Ads 360 and the wider Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
  • Experience providing technical/troubleshooting support for SA360
  • Experience running impactful training programmes and delivering internal/external training
  • Strong, confident communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and take projects from ideation to execution
  • Project management experience, including onboarding new prospects and managing successful implementations
  • Passion for search ad technology, automation, and problem solving
