About the role

• Consultant for corporate financing specializing in complex funding and financing solutions in Germany. Engaging with clients to develop and implement financing concepts and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and structuring financing concepts
• Assisting in identifying suitable funding programs and preparing complex subsidized loan applications
• Supporting strategic company analyses
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and other business documents
• Preparing business cases containing all decision-relevant information for banks and funding institutions regarding the company, market and financing project
• Preparing for and participating in client meetings and negotiations with funding agencies and financing partners through to implementation/disbursement.

Requirements

• You have vocational training in banking and several years of experience in the corporate client business of a financial institution.
• You are interested in corporate/structured finance and want to deepen your expertise in this area.
• You have a solid understanding of economic relationships and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and industries.
• With your analytical skills, you can structure complex issues clearly and present them convincingly.
• You are communicative, committed, and enjoy working in a team.
• A confident command of MS Office (in particular Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) completes your profile.
