About the role

  • Independent management of client projects (including budget responsibility, controlling, and resource coordination)
  • Analysis and advisory on political and regulatory developments at federal and EU level
  • Preparation of presentations, briefings, stakeholder analyses, and position papers
  • Substantive preparation for and support of political meetings, hearings, and other formats
  • Development of communication and positioning strategies for companies, associations, and institutions
  • Main contact for clients, sparring partner within the team, and professional mentor for junior colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in political science, law, economics, or communication studies
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in politics, consulting, or within an association
  • Strong understanding of political processes at federal and EU level, combined with a sensitivity to economic contexts
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex issues in a structured manner
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style within a team
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and a passion for clear, visual communication
  • A plus (but not required): experience in controlling/financial oversight and an interest in the economic management of consulting projects.
