- Optimize campaign performance and ensure seamless integration across Salesforce Marketing Cloud products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP / Interaction Studio).
- Proven experience designing and implementing personalized journeys, real-time interactions, and data-driven audience segmentation.
- Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP / Interaction Studio).
- Experience building and managing data extensions, segments, and event-driven triggers.
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, A/B testing, and real-time decisioning.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud products such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or AMPscript for template and content customization.
- Experience working with APIs and data integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Proficiency with SQL for querying and managing marketing data.
- Understanding of marketing attribution, performance measurement, and campaign reporting.
