About the role
- Define and implement data governance policies, frameworks, and standards within Salesforce
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM data across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations; oversee role-based access and audit controls
- Establish processes for data entry, validation, enrichment, and lifecycle management
- Work with Revenue Operations and IT to ensure data integrity across integrated tools
- Create regular audits, health checks, and monitoring mechanisms to proactively address data issues
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure reliable reporting and dashboards that drive business outcomes
- Act as the point of contact for data governance across departments, driving adoption of best practices and policies
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in data management, data governance, or related roles
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce )
- Proven experience implementing data governance frameworks and data quality controls
- Understanding of compliance standards
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboard building
- Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Fluency in both Polish and English languages is a must
- Location- Warsaw or nearby ( 2 days a week working from Warsaw office)
