About the role

  • Lead the planning, control, and management of the IT budget, ensuring accuracy in OPEX and CAPEX forecasts and analyses.
  • Perform critical cost analyses, propose optimizations, and support prioritization of IT investments.
  • Ensure adherence to COBIT (governance) and ITIL (service management) frameworks, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, review, and monitor policies, processes, and performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs).
  • Serve as a technical reference for IT teams and business areas on governance, cost control, and compliance matters.
  • Produce executive reports and advanced dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead audit processes, internal controls, and IT risk management.
  • Support the contract and vendor management lifecycle, including negotiations and financial performance analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in a technology-related field.
  • Extensive, proven experience in IT Governance in senior/responsible roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT budget management (planning, reviews, analyses, projections).
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL and COBIT (certifications highly desirable).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as advanced Excel and/or Power BI.
  • Experience designing and optimizing IT processes.
  • Extensive experience managing complex technology contracts and financial negotiations.
  • Prior experience in audits, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
  • Experience in IT risk management.
