- Sales Trainer designing, implementing, and improving training programs for retail sales teams. Collaborating with HR and Retail Operations for team development.
Responsibilities
- Παροχή προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης και εισαγωγής (onboarding & induction) για νέα μέλη των ομάδων πωλήσεων.
- Σχεδιασμός και διεξαγωγή διαδραστικών εκπαιδεύσεων.
- Στενή συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Retail Operations και HR για τον εντοπισμό αναγκών εκπαίδευσης και τον σχεδιασμό κατάλληλων προγραμμάτων ανάπτυξης.
- Διεξαγωγή εκπαίδευσης και coaching, παρέχοντας συνεχή υποστήριξη για τη βελτίωση της απόδοσης και της αυτοπεποίθησης των ομάδων πωλήσεων.
- Αξιολόγηση της αποτελεσματικότητας των εκπαιδεύσεων μέσω ανατροφοδότησης, δεδομένων απόδοσης και αποτελεσμάτων καταστημάτων, και πρόταση ενεργειών συνεχούς βελτίωσης.
- Δημιουργία ελκυστικού ψηφιακού εκπαιδευτικού υλικού (παρουσιάσεις, οδηγοί, κουίζ) για χρήση στην πλατφόρμα.
- Συμμετοχή στο Induction Program της εταιρείας, εκπροσωπώντας τον τομέα εκπαίδευσης πωλήσεων.
Requirements
- Εμπειρία σε ρόλο πωλήσεων ή εκπαίδευσης στον χώρο της λιανικής
- Ισχυρές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και παρουσίασης, με ικανότητα έμπνευσης και ενεργοποίησης ομάδων.
- Καλή κατανόηση των αρχών εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και των βέλτιστων πρακτικών πωλήσεων.
- Εμπειρία στη δημιουργία και παράδοση δομημένων εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών.
