About the role

  • Develop a strategic sales pipeline to grow HPE’s presence in the NeoCloud market across the UK and Ireland.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to deliver AI infrastructure solutions to NeoCloud providers.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the NeoCloud ecosystem.
  • Leverage knowledge of large-scale AI cluster deployments to position HPE as a go-to partner.
  • Manage complex sales cycles including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with and support Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive proactive campaigns to build pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide specialist expertise, mentoring and guidance within the sales team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions.
  • Expertise in Service Provider market and/or deployments of large-scale HPC or AI clusters (advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to work hybrid (average 2 days per week in HPE office).
  • May be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by employment start date where permitted by law.
