Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution recommendations.
Gather customer technical requirements and align the SS&C Skyline solution.
Identify and articulate business challenges and how Skyline can address them.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering and implementation teams.
Stay current on Skyline products, services, and industry trends to ensure relevant and impactful client engagements.
Serve as a point of contact for resolving technical concerns or integration questions during the sales cycle.
Assist with onboarding new customers by providing technical guidance.
Requirements
Brings a solid background in property management operations, with a strong emphasis on accounting processes and workflows.
Skilled in delivering tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that align with customer goals and pain points.
Understands the sales cycles and collaborates closely with sales executives to drive deal completion.
Proficient at overcoming technical objections and identifying creative solutions to win customer confidence.
Works well with product, engineering, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales transitions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role.
