About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance daily
- Provide support on IAM Engineering related issues
- Analyze the existing process and design a new streamlined process
- Understand SMBC's Identity Access Management Vision, Strategy, regulation, policy and procedures
- Implement standardized, consolidated, and automated processes
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Ticketing
- Prepare and update documentation as required
- Supporting application teams with their Projects, queries, and issues
- Enforces Information Security policy guidelines and procedures
- Working with teams on process improvement and assisting with automation of current manual tasks to reduce manual work
- Support other IT departments requiring additional expertise to resolve user issues or provide internal support on system performance or maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure Identity Governance
- Able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Willingness to learn
- Highly self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative as well as under direction
- Excellent attention to detail and proven analytical and problem solving abilities
- Microsoft Azure certification desired.
