About the role
- Senior Solution Engineer responsible for technical pre-sales engagements in High Tech & Media. Collaborating with sales teams to drive wireless and wireline solutions for complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in the High Tech & Media vertical to understand requirements and present tailored wireless communication solutions
- Conduct wireless network coverage analysis and review findings with customers to support solution design
- Assist customers with processing requests related to in-building wireless coverage improvements
- Identify business opportunities and recommend appropriate wireless solutions to meet customer needs
- Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent experience in field
- 7-10 years of work experience
