About the role

  • Sales Representative focused on acquiring new clients for MIKASA in Santa Catarina. Maintaining client relationships and monitoring market competitors for opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients throughout the state of Santa Catarina, expanding MIKASA’s customer base and brand presence
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities
  • Present and negotiate MIKASA products in the state of Santa Catarina, ensuring achievement of established targets
  • Oversee the sales process from order placement and negotiation through delivery, ensuring quality and consistency of processes
  • Monitor the market and competitors, providing strategic feedback and generating insights for the company

Requirements

  • Own vehicle and availability to travel within the state of Santa Catarina
  • High school diploma
  • Proven experience in the sporting goods sector
  • Active client portfolio
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective communication
  • Ability to work independently and be results-oriented
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial sales, preferably as an independent representative
  • Active registration with the Regional Council of Sales Representatives (CORE)
