Responsibilities
Client Engagement – Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them into signed contracts.
Sales Consultations – Evaluate property needs, present tailored solutions, and collect project details using an iPad-based system.
Site Visits – Conduct on-site assessments, take accurate measurements, and document scope details for estimators.
Team Collaboration – Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and procurement to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handoffs.
Pipeline Management – Maintain and track sales pipeline through our CRM and provide regular performance updates.
Follow-Up & Relationship Building – Ensure consistent client communication and build strong relationships for repeat and referral business.
Requirements
Proven success in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or real estate.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with iPads, CRM platforms, and mobile tools.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to document measurements and project scope clearly.
Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and passion for closing deals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the Tampa area.
Basic understanding of construction, remodeling, or property improvement services.
Benefits
