About the role

  • Client Engagement – Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them into signed contracts.
  • Sales Consultations – Evaluate property needs, present tailored solutions, and collect project details using an iPad-based system.
  • Site Visits – Conduct on-site assessments, take accurate measurements, and document scope details for estimators.
  • Team Collaboration – Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and procurement to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handoffs.
  • Pipeline Management – Maintain and track sales pipeline through our CRM and provide regular performance updates.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building – Ensure consistent client communication and build strong relationships for repeat and referral business.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or real estate.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with iPads, CRM platforms, and mobile tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to document measurements and project scope clearly.
  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and passion for closing deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the Tampa area.
  • Basic understanding of construction, remodeling, or property improvement services.
