About the role

  • Conduct active prospecting (in-person visits, LinkedIn, calls, emails, events).
  • Present RHUbique’s offering persuasively (virtual and on-site meetings).
  • Meet with entrepreneurs and business leaders to build trusted relationships.
  • Participate in business events, job fairs, networking activities, etc.
  • Identify companies’ workforce needs or requirements for outsourced HR services.
  • Maintain the CRM or prospect tracking file.
  • Work closely with the RHUbique team to convert opportunities into concrete mandates.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales (B2B is a major asset).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Excellent command of French; functional English is an asset.
  • Must be self-employed / hold independent contractor status.
