Responsibilities
- Conduct active prospecting (in-person visits, LinkedIn, calls, emails, events).
- Present RHUbique’s offering persuasively (virtual and on-site meetings).
- Meet with entrepreneurs and business leaders to build trusted relationships.
- Participate in business events, job fairs, networking activities, etc.
- Identify companies’ workforce needs or requirements for outsourced HR services.
- Maintain the CRM or prospect tracking file.
- Work closely with the RHUbique team to convert opportunities into concrete mandates.
Requirements
- Experience in business development or sales (B2B is a major asset).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Excellent command of French; functional English is an asset.
- Must be self-employed / hold independent contractor status.
