About the role

  • Area Sales Manager leading a team to drive sales in the diagnostics market. Collaborating with distributors and strengthening customer relationships while achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Key Channel Executives to achieve sales and financial goals
  • Strengthen customer and channel relationships
  • Guide team on account strategy, pricing and deal structure
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and present dashboard metrics
  • Recruit, coach and develop high-performing sales talent

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 9+ years of complex clinical sales experience
  • Strong preference towards the diagnostics space and through distribution channels
  • High potential sales performer with a solid track record of customer experience and market share growth
  • Must be willing to travel approx 60%
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills
