Responsible for prospecting, serving, and retaining customers, promoting the sale of the brand's equipment and solutions.
Acts as the main point of contact between the company and the market, ensuring customer satisfaction, expansion of Fotona's presence, and achievement of established sales targets.
Conduct active prospecting of new customers and manage the existing client portfolio.
Present the product portfolio, highlighting technical differentiators and clinical benefits.
Conduct on-site visits, technical demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
Prepare and follow up on proposals through to closing the deal.
Monitor the market, competitors, and trends, providing insights to the company.
Represent Fotona at events, trade shows, and sales trainings.
Keep the CRM updated with customer data and the sales pipeline.
Ensure long-term relationships, working closely with the technical team and customer success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience in field/outside sales, preferably in the medical, aesthetic, or technology segment.
Intermediate English (a plus).
Proven track record in sales.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Workspace.
Consultative selling techniques and advanced negotiation skills.
Availability to travel.
