About the role

  • Participate in face-to-face and remote selling to new and existing customers, directly or indirectly through various sales channels
  • Contribute to developing and delivering sales bids, presentations and proposals; participate in product demonstrations
  • Identify and contact prospective customers; build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business
  • Sell and stimulate demand for products using basic product knowledge
  • Plan daily activities, including customer visits and quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • Follow market and competition evolution and pass information to senior staff
  • Handle basic issues under direct supervision and escalate more complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned
