Sell home roof replacements across the East Coast as a Remodeling Sales Consultant
Close sales and achieve sales targets; pursue high first-year earnings
Manage and convert quality leads provided by the company (no cold calling)
Build rapport, establish trust, and negotiate with homeowners
Work evenings and mandatory Saturdays; ability to work up to 6 days per week
Travel locally and meet customers in person; requires valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Use laptop/mobile/tablet for sales presentations, documentation, and reporting
Participate in extensive training and collaborate with sales and management teams
Pursue advancement into management and executive positions as performance warrants
Requirements
3 Years of prior sales experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
Ability to work up to 6 days per week, including mandatory Saturdays
Coachable and eager to learn
