Responsibilities
Become a knowledgeable ambassador for LoadUp—learn our services and pricing so you can confidently guide customers through their options.
Deliver friendly, helpful service to every customer and prospect—your communication skills and positive attitude will make a real impact.
Follow clear, proven sales processes including using call scripts, updating lead and sales activity in our CRM, and managing your pipeline effectively.
Learn and master LoadUp’s internal software to help track orders and stay up to date on driver activity.
Support customers through every step of the sales process, from first conversation to final scheduling.
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound calls, chats, and texts from customers and prospects.
Stay engaged with leads by following up through calls, emails, and text messages to answer questions and close the sale.
Work on weekends, as this is our current staffing need.
