About the role

  • Expose to further understanding how B2B business provides professional services to clients
  • Interact with clients to ensure company representatives timely and professionally meet requirements (license keys, software & related services renewal)
  • Work with multiple vendors/suppliers (domestic and overseas) and ensure orders proceed within planned timelines
  • Assist senior Sales Operation members to prepare contracts, quotations and other sales operation documents
  • Manage paperwork and learn real business contractual procedures and legal document handling
  • Prepare and improve bidding documents and bidding preparation
  • Build and propose new ideas for Sales SOP and processes and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Understand Sales roles and responsibilities in B2B and contribute process improvement ideas
  • Internship is full-time for 3-6 months, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; unpaid internship

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL iBT 93/ TOEIC 800 or above)
  • Good at MS Office, esp. Word and PowerPoint
  • Good communication - in English, both verbal and written
  • CAN-DO attitude: proactive, energetic & willing to engage & ask to know & learn
  • Independent at work but teamwork spirit
  • Result-oriented
  • Stick to deadlines
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
