Expose to further understanding how B2B business provides professional services to clients
Interact with clients to ensure company representatives timely and professionally meet requirements (license keys, software & related services renewal)
Work with multiple vendors/suppliers (domestic and overseas) and ensure orders proceed within planned timelines
Assist senior Sales Operation members to prepare contracts, quotations and other sales operation documents
Manage paperwork and learn real business contractual procedures and legal document handling
Prepare and improve bidding documents and bidding preparation
Build and propose new ideas for Sales SOP and processes and ensure stakeholder alignment
Understand Sales roles and responsibilities in B2B and contribute process improvement ideas
Internship is full-time for 3-6 months, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; unpaid internship
Requirements
Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL iBT 93/ TOEIC 800 or above)
Good at MS Office, esp. Word and PowerPoint
Good communication - in English, both verbal and written
CAN-DO attitude: proactive, energetic & willing to engage & ask to know & learn
Independent at work but teamwork spirit
