About the role
- Coordinate customer care, retail operations and logistics for PAPER & TEA. Ensure store supply, process improvements and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Ansprechpartner:in für Kundenanfragen per E‑Mail, Telefon, Chat und Social Media
- Beratung von Kund:innen und Stores; Unterstützung bei Fragen und Lösung von Herausforderungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Produktion und Retail Management für reibungslose Abläufe
- Koordination administrativer Sales- und Retail-Prozesse
- Sicherstellung der Warenversorgung der Stores: von Auftragsanlage bis Lieferüberwachung
- Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Leitfäden und Anleitungen für Stores
- Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Stores, Kund:innen, Logistik und Retail Management
Requirements
- Erste Erfahrung im Customer Care, Retail Operations oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen
- Kommunikativer Teamplayer mit positiver Ausstrahlung; sicher, freundlich und klar in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1)
- Strukturiertes, organisiertes Arbeiten und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität: lösungsorientiert, flexibel und eigenverantwortlich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Erfahrung mit ERP-, CRM- oder Ticketing-Systemen (z. B. Freshdesk, Zendesk) ist ein Plus
