Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate assigned bank projects implementing new processes or systems
Gain thorough knowledge of core banking and related systems, workflows and internal controls, and leverage knowledge to implement process improvement opportunities
Establish, develop, and maintain strong, professional working relationships with management of various departments and respective support staff to improve cross-departmental communications, foster teamwork, and build partnerships
Report out various operational metrics and trends to senior management
Coordinate post-conversion activities including the development and execution of testing plans to ensure data conversion accuracy and perform account audits to ensure system data is consistent with contractual requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field required
Prior banking, project management, leadership or process improvement experience preferred
Strong project management, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in the development and use of spreadsheets and other analytical tools
Ability to work with internal and external customers for timely and accurate resolutions to issues
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to be a team player in a professional team setting
