About the role

  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain existing records.
  • Create and update vendor and customer codes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Conduct regular Accounts Receivable (AR) aging analysis to monitor outstanding balances and support collection efforts.
  • Churn statements from SAP and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform credit card reconciliations and maintain trade margins in SAP.
  • Support editing of images used for digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and e-commerce listings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visual assets are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Manage authorized signatories and support compliance-related documentation.
  • Consolidate mechanics, merchandise lists, and sell-in data within set deadlines.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and provide timely support to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates with good internship experience are welcomed.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic image editing skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
