About the role

  • You proactively acquire new partners: from identifying potential leads to initial contact (including cold outreach), pitch and demo through to successful contract closing — you own the entire sales funnel.
  • You advise medical institutions as an equal partner: you understand their challenges and co-develop the right solution from our product portfolio.
  • You conduct negotiations confidently: whether practice owners, physicians or administrative leaders — you persuade diverse decision-makers with empathy, clarity and negotiation skill.
  • KPI-driven work: you work data-driven, manage your funnel efficiently and keep your targets and metrics firmly in view.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or FinTech sector — or you convince us with your drive and hunger to learn.
  • No fear of cold outreach: you proactively approach people and see every conversation as an opportunity to create real value.
  • Strong communication skills: you can explain complex issues clearly, empathetically and reliably — both in writing and verbally.
  • Motivation, discipline and resilience characterize you — you persist even when things get challenging.
  • Curiosity & structure: you ask targeted questions to truly understand your conversation partners' needs and work in a systematic way.
  • Very good German (C2) and solid English will help you collaborate successfully with our customers and colleagues.
