About the role

  • Sales Manager for public sector at neuraflow developing AI solutions for digital administration. Engage with municipalities to build scalable sales funnels and establish valuable client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a scalable sales funnel for public-sector clients
  • Identify, approach, and qualify municipalities and government agencies
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers — not with empty promises, but with real value that many are already seeking
  • Deliver compelling product demos in close coordination with Tech & Product
  • Conduct negotiation with a focus on closing — you bring deals home
  • Contribute to market analysis and the development of new target groups

Requirements

  • Initial sales experience (e.g., B2B, SaaS, public sector) is a plus — but not required
  • You want responsibility, are curious, and persuasive
  • You can communicate, build trust, and close deals
  • You’re hunter-oriented: initiative and the motivation to close deals matter more to you than daily hand-holding
  • You enjoy talking to people, even when they’re initially skeptical
  • Career changers with drive, tech affinity, and strong communication skills are welcome
