About the role

  • Build, manage and scale the Private Sector Division for Advantage Design Group
  • Take over and lead an existing six-person sales team and hire additional Sales Representatives
  • Coach and train sales representatives on qualifying leads, finding decision-makers, and generating demo appointments
  • Monitor and ensure leads are being worked and converted
  • Help your team close business, accelerate deals, and achieve sales goals
  • Report directly to the CEO and participate on the management team
  • Attend management planning and strategy meetings off-site quarterly and in-person each Monday
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to leverage warm leads, monthly webinars, and trade shows
  • Use tools and subscriptions provided (Zoom Info, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoom, Teams) and be equipped with sales materials
  • Represent and join sales team at regional and national trade shows

Requirements

  • Six years of cold calling hunting and closing sales experience
  • Strong approach to coaching your team on how to qualify leads, find the right decision-maker, and generate demo appointments
  • Ability to monitor leads that have been generated to make sure they are being worked
  • Ability to help your team close business & accelerate
  • Quick learner and fast worker
  • Enthusiasm, good work ethic, honesty, and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated the ability to close large ticket item accounts
  • College Degree
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent organizational with close attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office experience – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Experience using Zoom, Zoom Info & Teams a plus
  • Tech savvy, high energy, personable
