Responsibilities
Actively prospect and build relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and proposing integrated logistics solutions;
Monitor results and develop action plans to achieve commercial targets;
Manage contracts, KPIs and after-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery;
Prepare reports, presentations and performance analyses;
Comply with quality, safety, environmental and health standards;
Use English and Microsoft Office tools in your daily activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Statistics, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
Postgraduate/MBA in Logistics, Business Management or Project Management.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Administrative working hours.
Use English and Microsoft Office tools in your daily activities.
