About the role

  • Sell Homebase’s AI-powered Hiring Assistant to small businesses and define sales strategies for new ventures
  • Drive growth by developing sales strategies that align with company goals with a focus on long-term success
  • Engage small business customers using a problem-solving, consultative approach and explore new opportunities
  • Adapt and refine internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, fostering continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the integration of relevant AI applications to improve customer interaction and operational productivity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and help shape new market successes and innovative customer solutions
  • Participate in hiring/interview processes and talent showcase as part of the team onboarding and selection

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in high-velocity sales, ideally in launching new products or entering new markets
  • Ability to thrive in a startup atmosphere where flexibility and hustle are key to success
  • Comfort selling AI-powered solutions and ability to clearly articulate customer value
  • Curious to test, learn, and share new AI tools and help shape best practices
  • Skilled in balancing customer engagement with strategic business management
  • Strong analytical abilities to tackle both external customer challenges and internal operational hurdles
  • Quick to adjust strategies and operations in response to new insights and conditions
  • Driven to actively participate in and push forward the foundational development of a new business unit
  • Passion for small businesses and a consultative, problem-solving sales approach
  • Must be able to work hybrid (in-office Monday-Thursday) as Homebase is hybrid-first
