Requirements
7–12 years’ experience in strategic B2B sales (ideally AI, consultancy or insight)
Proven success owning and converting complex sales cycles
Confident in both storytelling and commercial negotiation
Fluent in value-based selling (Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC or similar frameworks)
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed
