Responsibilities

Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new SDRs.
Travel to the London office regularly as required.
Requirements
Proven ability managing or leading an SDR or sales team, with a track record of success.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with strong organisational and analytical skills.
Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools quickly.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft).
Experience working with senior decision makers across multiple sectors and regions.
