About the role

  • Sales Development Representative overseeing a team of SDRs at Resi Media, LLC. Engaging with potential Mid-Market and Enterprise customers while providing coaching and support to the SDR team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Ensuring they effectively reach out to potential customers and set up meetings/calls to build a healthy sales pipeline while also carrying an individual contribution number
  • Providing coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring to achieve SDR goals
  • Supporting and coaching a team of SDR’s
  • Directly engaging with potential Mid-Market and Enterprise customers

Requirements

  • A high school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree) with BS/BA preferred
  • Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce a plus)
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience required
