Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
Ensuring they effectively reach out to potential customers and set up meetings/calls to build a healthy sales pipeline while also carrying an individual contribution number
Providing coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring to achieve SDR goals
Supporting and coaching a team of SDR’s
Directly engaging with potential Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
Requirements
A high school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree) with BS/BA preferred
Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce a plus)
2+ years of inside sales experience required

Compensation Range: $65k base + $20k variable = $85k OTE
