About the role

  • Optimize outreach by designing and deploying compelling lead magnets through strategic channels.
  • Drive engagement by converting cold leads into warm opportunities above industry benchmarks.
  • Generate and confirm at least 10 client appointments weekly by engaging prospects through cold outreach and re-engaging past leads.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email within specified timeframes to maintain excellent responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with meticulous accuracy, logging all client interactions and activities in HubSpot.
  • Track and analyze outreach performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with strategists to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the team to refine processes, develop training materials, and support team upskilling.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, including timely task completion, on-time office hours, and process documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, ideally within the digital marketing or SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in managing CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and refine outreach strategies.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
