About the role

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound efforts (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emailing, webinars, events) and respond effectively to inbound leads.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and business context, preparing the ground for impactful sales conversations.
  • Book and coordinate discovery calls or demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring a smooth handover and strong first impression.
  • Maintain a clean and organised CRM, tracking all activity to ensure full visibility on pipeline performance and lead quality.

Requirements

  • A first outbound sales experience, including both digital and in-person prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, webinars, etc.)
  • Emotional maturity and perspective, you're comfortable stepping back when needed and acting as a reliable reference for the team without being 100% in the operational weeds
