Maintain a clean and organised CRM, tracking all activity to ensure full visibility on pipeline performance and lead quality.
Requirements
A first outbound sales experience, including both digital and in-person prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, webinars, etc.)
Emotional maturity and perspective, you're comfortable stepping back when needed and acting as a reliable reference for the team without being 100% in the operational weeds
