Responsibilities
Accelerate career in sales through a structured 18-month Sales Development Program
Participate in commercial and product training with real-world experiences
Job shadowing with salespeople and subject matter experts
Partnering with dedicated leaders and mentors
Manage customer accounts and responsibilities
Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales Concentration, and Marketing)
Minimum GPA is 3.2
Passionate about a career in Sales and Customer relationship
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn about our Nordson product offerings
Internship or work experience supporting Sales, is helpful, but not necessary
Must be able to relocate during the duration of the program, final placement will be in one of our United States locations
