Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support across sales operations, sales support, and channel operations.
Maintain CRM records (SFDC/Clari), ensuring data accuracy for pipeline and forecasting.
Prepare standard reports and dashboards for leadership.
Assist with quarter-end processes, backlog tracking, and exception handling.
Generate quotes, configurations, and discount approval requests.
Support deal registration and coordinate with partners on submissions.
Help run sales campaigns/promotions and update progress in CRM.
Track and follow up on partner/customer requests to ensure timely responses.
Collect and organize POS, backlog, and inventory reports from distributors.
Log and track E2Open exceptions and breakage reports.
Support channel incentive/rebate program documentation.
Consolidate channel data for weekly/monthly reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Administration, or related field.
2+ years in sales support, admin, or operations roles.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask, work across teams, and handle time-sensitive requests.
