About the role

  • Secure 3+ new corporate housing partnerships per quarter, each ≥$25K projected revenue.
  • Implement 2+ new AI-driven workflows monthly for partner qualification, communication, or onboarding.
  • Boost lead volume 20% within 2 quarters via tools like ZoomInfo and AI enrichment.
  • Deploy automated onboarding using n8n or equivalent, ensuring partners go live without friction.
  • Generate proposals at scale via AI tools, cutting turnaround from days to hours.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy at 100%, delivering actionable insights to the CRO weekly.
  • Optimize outbound playbook continuously, raising close rate and velocity quarter over quarter.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years proven B2B sales or partnerships track record (closing deals >$25K).
  • Fluent English (near-native). Spanish is a plus.
  • Mastery of CRM and outbound tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Comfort with AI sales enablement: prompt engineering, workflow automation, proposal generation.
  • Evidence you’ve personally moved revenue KPIs before (be ready to walk through step by step).
  • Relentless ownership, speed under pressure, fanatical urgency.
