Provide technical and commercial support to large clients at Axpo Italia, managing CRM and contractual deadlines. Assist sales teams with pre and post sales documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
fornire adeguato e tempestivo supporto tecnico‑commerciale ai commerciali grandi clienti di Axpo Italia,
Gestione del back‑up interno, monitoraggio delle pratiche clienti, inserimento anagrafiche e gestione del CRM.
Monitoraggio delle scadenze contrattuali ed effettuazione di controlli periodici.
Garantire l’archiviazione puntuale della documentazione contrattuale.
Interazione con i commerciali e con i clienti, fornendo assistenza pre e post‑vendita (invio periodico di reportistica, supporto via e‑mail)
Partecipazione proattiva all’ottimizzazione dei processi e degli strumenti di vendita.
Requirements
Diploma o Laurea.
Esperienza di almeno 2 anni maturata in ruoli affini, in funzioni a contatto con il cliente all’interno di aziende modernamente organizzate. La provenienza dal settore energetico è considerata un plus.
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Microsoft Excel.
Spiccate capacità organizzative.
Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
Approccio commerciale e orientamento al problem solving.
Buona conoscenza dell’inglese scritto e parlato (rappresenta un plus).
Completano il profilo precisione, attenzione e attitudine al lavoro in team.
