Responsibilities
Represent Protime and manage the strategy to grow a new business portfolio in close collaboration with existing Spanish colleagues
Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers
Collaborate with Spanish colleagues and business partners to convert leads into customers
Gather market information to identify business opportunities
Determine sales objectives and establish the annual account plan in collaboration with the Sales Director
Work with various internal departments to follow market demands
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an agile environment
Any experience in the sales of SaaS solutions and/or the HRIS landscape is a plus
Excellent communication and intercultural skills
Hands-on entrepreneurial, strategic and commercial thinker
'Hunter' profile with highly developed analytical thinking skills
Spanish language proficiency
Good knowledge of English
Self-starter, able to work autonomously
Willing to travel if needed
Great adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast-growing organization
