About the role

  • Key Account Manager driving new business and shaping the HR tech market in Spain. Working with Protime to develop innovative HR software solutions and expanding the business portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Protime and manage the strategy to grow a new business portfolio in close collaboration with existing Spanish colleagues
  • Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers
  • Collaborate with Spanish colleagues and business partners to convert leads into customers
  • Gather market information to identify business opportunities
  • Determine sales objectives and establish the annual account plan in collaboration with the Sales Director
  • Work with various internal departments to follow market demands

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an agile environment
  • Any experience in the sales of SaaS solutions and/or the HRIS landscape is a plus
  • Excellent communication and intercultural skills
  • Hands-on entrepreneurial, strategic and commercial thinker
  • 'Hunter' profile with highly developed analytical thinking skills
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously
  • Willing to travel if needed
  • Great adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast-growing organization
